Description
Our version of the Typical Spanish dessert “flan de huevo”, traditionally made of eggs, milk, sugar.
In our version, we have eggs, cream, sugar, and the dark caramel is at the bottom, whereas we find Passion fruit jelly on the top, that adds a bit of acidity to cleans the palate.
Allergies: eggs,milk.
